Junior Onboarding Manager

Location: New, comfortable office in Almaty

IT company with offices in 5 countries: Armenia, Brazil, Hungary, Kazakhstan, and Cyprus.

What you will do

• Analyze clients' current state, use cases, and goals to introduce them to the hirify.global account.
• Collect and formalize client requirements, aligning technical specifications and defining project scope.
• Create customized implementation plans based on business specifics and launch timelines.
• Support clients throughout all implementation stages, promptly responding via Intercom/WhatsApp, calls, and meetings.
• Handle objections during implementation, explaining the value, functionality, and integrations of the hirify.global system.
• Prepare final implementation reports and hand over clients to the support team.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to professionally convey information.
• Native or fluent Russian with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Confident Excel skills at an advanced user level.
• Understanding of software products and online services.
• Responsibility and proactivity in communicating with and supporting clients.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Kazakh language.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
