TL;DR

Client Success Strategy Lead: Designing and optimizing global nurture programs for long-term client engagement, value realization, and retention across all regions with an accent on cross-functional alignment and data analysis. Focus on enabling CS teams to deliver proactive, consistent, and meaningful client experiences through the entire lifecycle.

Location: Must reside in São Paulo and be available to go to the office when requested.

What you will do

  • Design and evolve the global nurture strategy across client segments, aligned to lifecycle stages and regional needs.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of nurture initiatives, including prioritization, planning, and timeline management.
  • Act as a strategic connector between Global CS Strategy, Regional CS Leaders, Revenue Marketing, Product, and Value teams.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from nurture programs to identify gaps and opportunities, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Build structured documentation, frameworks, and templates to help regional teams execute nurture programs consistently.
  • Structure guidelines and quality standards for nurture execution, aligned with global strategy while allowing regional adjustments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Client Success strategy, Nurture, or Operations in SaaS/B2B environments.
  • Previous experience in process mapping, workflow optimization, or operational design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple seniority levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert insights into scalable improvements.
  • Comfortable working with lifecycle frameworks, segmentation models, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Fluent English and strong Portuguese proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with nurture flows, lifecycle automation tools, QBR/ABR processes, or client engagement frameworks.
