What you will do

• Design and develop Go services for crypto-fiat operations focusing on stability and fault tolerance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications including API design and integrations.
• Build secure solutions handling sensitive data and inter-service communication.
• Analyze and optimize service performance including concurrency and data storage efficiency.
• Participate in microservices architecture design and code reviews.
• Produce maintainable, testable code with unit and integration tests.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Russian
• 3+ years of Go development experience.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitLab, SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, NATS.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, REST/RPC API design.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Software engineering best practices including testing and code reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial institutions.
• Understanding of fintech regulatory requirements like PCI DSS and GDPR.
