What you will do

• Constantly scout the market for GPU server suppliers, negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and contract terms.
• Vet new vendors for reliability and finalize partnership agreements.
• Maintain a centralized registry of available capacity (Master Inventory List).
• Create and update a structured daily dataset for sales teams to book servers.
• Monitor stock levels with current partners in real-time.
• Stay updated on market pricing for top-tier GPUs and track market dynamics (shortages, new releases, hosting/electricity costs).

Requirements

• IT/Hardware Procurement Experience, understanding of server hardware market operations.
• English: Fluent/Advanced required for negotiations and conflict resolution with international suppliers.
• Systematic and data-driven approach, capable of organizing large datasets with zero errors.
• Excellent command of Google Sheets / Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory.
• Proactivity to secure scarce GPU resources rapidly.

Nice to have

• Experience with a Cloud Provider or Hardware Distributor.
• Understanding of the AI infrastructure landscape.
