TL;DR

Consultant, Customer Success (SaaS): Establishing strategic relationships with new and existing users, setting critical performance goals, and acting as a consultative resource to help clients achieve their goals with an accent on driving high-impact business strategies and maximizing upsell opportunities. Focus on enabling partners, optimizing product usage, and advocating for customer needs across internal stakeholder groups.

Location: Remote (US Only). Expectation to visit major accounts on a regular basis. Support for clients in multiple time zones may require flexibility.

Salary: $59,987–$85,834 annually.

What you will do

  • Enable customers to achieve goals using hirify.global's self-service products.
  • Manage relationships to drive high-impact business strategies.
  • Execute customer success plans and support new client onboarding.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities for existing clients.
  • Provide regular training on products and new features.
  • Work with sales and technical teams to pitch new products and provide strategic consultation.

Requirements

  • Relevant customer-facing experience with ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Experience with internal and external relationship management, client presentations, and quantitative data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to C-level clients.
  • Disciplined work ethic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented mindset focused on achieving revenue goals.
  • Proven track record of driving client business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to convey complicated ideas to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing Enterprise SaaS or Subscription based clients.
  • Previous experience supporting software or SaaS products.
  • Good understanding of software and technology solutions.
  • Exposure to API integrations and customized applications.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce and/or PowerBI.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Market research or Sample experience.
