What you will do

• Lead the Talent Attraction strategy for Latin America, ensuring alignment with global priorities while adapting to regional market needs.
• Conduct ongoing talent and market analysis to influence decision-making and strengthen data-driven practices.
• Measure, monitor, and report global and regional KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization across the candidate journey.
• Design and continuously enhance the candidate experience from awareness to application, in collaboration with TA and HR.
• Support employer branding initiatives and events that strengthen hirify.global’s presence in the region.
• Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across TA, HR, and MarCom, driving alignment on shared objectives.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Talent Attraction, Candidate Experience, or Employer Branding within global or regional organizations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret regional talent and market insights into actions.
• Proven project management skills in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
