Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year

What you will do

• Engage in AI-Native development, utilizing appropriate AI tools and practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to building next-generation gaming and video experiences on MSN.
• Collaborate with teams across Edge, Windows, Xbox, and Bing on full-stack solutions.
• Lead product code and test code reviews, ensuring quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Design and implement robust, testable, and scalable software solutions with a focus on architecture and dependencies.
• Drive engineering excellence initiatives including automation, security, compliance, and incident management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with 6+ years experience, or Bachelor's with 8+ years experience.
• Experience in UX technologies such as React, Web components, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Interest in gaming and video feed.
• Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality software on time.
