What you will do
- Define the global payments vision and roadmap, aligning with hirify.global’s D2C objectives.
- Develop a multi-year plan for hirify.global’s Payments Gateway, including vaulting, orchestration, routing, and compliance.
- Collaborate with game teams to diagnose and improve payment funnel performance and manage strategic vendor relationships.
- Drive the product vision and multi-year strategy for hirify.global Account, including identity/authentication and cross-platform connectivity.
- Define foundational account capabilities that drive long-term player engagement and social/community features.
- Ensure account strategy aligns with and amplifies payments outcomes, including frictionless checkout, player trust, retention, and lifetime value.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or eCommerce, ideally within gaming or digital goods.
- Deep understanding of payment gateways, PSPs, tokenization, MoR frameworks, and global payment methods.
- Experience contributing to or owning account, identity, or platform-level product strategies that support cross-surface user experiences.
- Proven experience partnering with platform and game teams to shape payment infrastructure roadmaps.
- Demonstrated success in vendor management and commercial negotiations that drive margin improvement.
- Strong analytical and business mindset, capable of linking technical design to financial outcomes, with technical fluency in APIs, payment routing, and orchestration concepts.
Nice to have
- Experience with headless checkout, multi-PSP orchestration, or MoR-integration platforms.
- Familiarity with payments-related compliance standards (PCI-DSS, SCA, PSD2, AML/KYC).
- Background in F2P gaming, liveops, or virtual economy monetization.
