Salary: $193,000 - $290,000 USD annual base salary range.

What you will do

• Lead a high-performing software security team responsible for built-in security features for the FlashArray platform.
• Establish and execute a clear product security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Manage team performance and growth through coaching, mentorship, and hiring in an agile environment.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to communicate risks and influence strategy.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and people management in building high-performing software engineering teams.
• Exceptional ability to establish operational objectives, delegate assignments, and drive execution.
• Deep technical acumen in systems software development (e.g., C/C++/Java) with understanding of security/architectural details.
