What you will do

• Onboard new customers to hirify.global's platform by providing technical consulting and guidance.
• Gather integration and automation requirements and lead the solution design process.
• Share best practices from business and technical perspectives on deployment models and governance structures.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to review customer feedback and identify platform enhancement opportunities.
• Become a hirify.global evangelist and a trusted customer advisor within hirify.global.
• Contribute to the growth of the technical consulting team by creating or enhancing content and online courses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
• Knowledge and understanding of integrations and system design principles.
• Experience working with at least one Integration Platform (e.g., hirify.global, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Suite).
• Understanding of on-premise infrastructure and cloud-based deployments, configurations, monitoring, and management.
• Understanding of the SDLC and end-to-end experience in developing, supporting, and troubleshooting integrations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with ability to convey complex technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience working with cloud business apps like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Experience with web development frameworks and knowledge of JavaScript (frontend and backend).
• Experience with OEM, embedded SaaS solutions, or embedding third-party integrations (iFrames).
