What you will do

• Manage all project engagement aspects: planning, stakeholder relations, communications, resources, financials, change management, and risk mitigation.
• Work with client project managers to build strong relationships and manage expectations for project scope.
• Resolve project issues and delays to ensure timely software implementation.
• Negotiate project scope modifications or delivery dates with clients.
• Proactively identify and assess risks, escalating issues and implementing resolution strategies.
• Serve as the project's communications hub and provide executive-level communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, or Information Systems preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and track software application rollouts.
• Strong ability to respect project scope and justify project additions.
• Problem-solving skills and experience negotiating resources and deliverables.

Nice to have

• Master in Project Management or PMP designation.
• Experience in the parking industry, law enforcement, or government software implementations.
• Experience implementing customized software for customers.
