What you will do
- Be the technical authority and trusted advisor on the hirify.global Platform.
- Build relationships across customer teams, from engineers to executives.
- Align platform capabilities with customer goals to attain outcomes and value.
- Guide deployment, architecture, and operational best practices.
- Advocate for customer needs and influence product direction.
- Collaborate with Support and Services to ensure smooth implementations and fast issue resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical, customer-facing SaaS, cloud, or security roles (e.g., TAM, CSE, DevOps, and Architect)
- Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and major cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Prometheus, PromQL, and container/cloud security practices.
- One or more Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
- Collaborative technologists
- Ability to work onsite at customer's office in Dallas, at least 1-2 days a week
Nice to have
- Knowledge of time series metrics, Prometheus, and monitoring frameworks like Golden Signals or the USE method
- Experience with hirify.global or Falco
