Location: Ability to work onsite at customer's office in Dallas, at least 1-2 days a week.

Salary: $130,000 and $179,300 USD/year

What you will do

• Be the technical authority and trusted advisor on the hirify.global Platform.
• Build relationships across customer teams, from engineers to executives.
• Align platform capabilities with customer goals to attain outcomes and value.
• Guide deployment, architecture, and operational best practices.
• Advocate for customer needs and influence product direction.
• Collaborate with Support and Services to ensure smooth implementations and fast issue resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical, customer-facing SaaS, cloud, or security roles (e.g., TAM, CSE, DevOps, and Architect)
• Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and major cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Prometheus, PromQL, and container/cloud security practices.
• One or more Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
• Collaborative technologists
• Ability to work onsite at customer's office in Dallas, at least 1-2 days a week

Nice to have

• Knowledge of time series metrics, Prometheus, and monitoring frameworks like Golden Signals or the USE method
• Experience with hirify.global or Falco
