What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career progression.
• Drive engineering processes, architecture, and technical roadmap within the team.
• Manage technical debt, security, quality, and technical decisions.
• Improve agile methodologies for software development.
• Work with Product Management and UX to build effective product roadmaps.
• Foster a culture of integrity, mutual respect, and collaborative decision-making.

Requirements

• B.S. or Master in Computer Science.
• Strong knowledge around the technology stack (Java, Kafka, Postgres, Clickhouse, type script, Java script, React, AWS, CI/CD).
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role, building from scratch and leading engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience dealing with internationally distributed teams.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and hypergrowth paced environment.
• Proficient English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Previous experience with AI technologies (ML, NLP, LLM).
• Prior experience as software engineer or architect with an excellent understanding of coding, software architectures and with the ability to discuss technical details and provide insightful inputs.
