Junior Data Scientist (AI): Contributes to building, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of Generative AI solutions across diverse use cases within the bank with an accent on responsible GenAI, performance monitoring, red teaming, and evaluating GenAI models for fairness and bias. Focus on creating tools that tackle complex challenges, improve efficiency, and unlock new opportunities.

Location: A combination of working from home and at the Utrecht office. Currently living in the Netherlands.

Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,447 and EUR 4,923.

What you will do

• Explore topics such as responsible GenAI, performance monitoring, red teaming, and evaluating GenAI models for fairness and bias.

Requirements

• Educational Background: You have obtained a Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Informatics or a similar field.
• Work Experience: Approximately 0-2 years of work experience.
• Residency: Currently living in the Netherlands.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Python as well as (interest in learning) Databricks, PySpark, cloud technologies (e.g. Azure), Git, CI/CD, ETL processes, SQL
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language.
