What you will do

• Design and implement robust data transformations and maintainable models.
• Govern and standardize data modelling using best practices to ensure scalability.
• Communicate and present development progress to stakeholders.
• Develop dashboarding and reporting solutions using SQL and Power BI.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional technical data solutions.
• Maintain reliability and data integrity across all analytical models.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in data engineering, data modelling, and analytics engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Power BI (both backend and front-end).
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) and Databricks Certified Data Analyst Associate certifications.
• Background in HR analytics or the financial domain is highly preferred.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
