What you will do
- Shape and implement strategies for EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance.
- Design and build reproducible data pipelines and statistical methodologies for pay equity analysis.
- Translate complex statistical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Act as a statistical consultant to EU subsidiaries, framing trade-offs and documenting decisions.
- Deliver annual pay transparency reports for the Netherlands and broader EU regions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in data science, analytics, or statistical consulting applied to complex business problems.
- Proven track record in statistical modeling, including GLMs, GLMMs, and Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition.
- Hands-on experience with Azure tooling (Databricks), Git-based version control, and scalable frameworks (Spark).
- Excellent ability to explain complex statistical findings to diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in statistical reporting for regulatory compliance (e.g., EU directives).
- Advanced Academic Background (MSc or PhD in a quantitative field).
- Databricks Certified Data Analyst Associate certification.
