What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain a medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for analytics and downstream consumption.
• Build logical and physical data models, including strong entity-relationship (ER) modeling, for core business domains.
• Design and implement automated data quality checks and monitoring frameworks across datasets.
• Build analytics-ready datasets optimized for BI tools and self-service consumption.
• Define, document, and socialize data definitions, metrics, and KPIs across business teams.
• Implement and enforce RBAC and data security best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data modeling and data architecture, including dimensional and normalized modeling.
• Proven experience building medallion-style data architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and orchestrating data pipelines using dbt, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of entity-relationship modeling and core data design principles.
• Experience with BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong understanding of RBAC, data security, and data governance concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with data quality frameworks or tools (e.g., dbt tests, Great Expectations).
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics and executive reporting.
• Familiarity with analytics engineering and modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience working for a SaaS security company and building Product adoption metrics.
