Mid Fullstack Developer (Java & Angular)

TL;DR

Mid FullStack Developer (Java & Angular): Building and developing both backend services with Java and Spring Boot and frontend applications with Angular, with an accent on API design, database integration, and microservices architecture. Focus on implementing robust features, ensuring continuous integration, and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Location: Hybrid, requiring office attendance 2 times a week in either Porto or Lisbon. Candidates must have Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, and be available to travel abroad for short periods.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain fullstack applications using Java and Angular.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Work with Spring Boot, Maven, and Git for backend development.
• Integrate and manage SQL and potentially NoSQL databases.
• Contribute to Continuous Integration processes using Jenkins.
• Develop and integrate microservices within the application architecture.

Requirements

• Degree in Technology or Computer Engineering (or similar).
• Good proficiency in Java (11/17) with solid OOP principles.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot 3, Maven, and Git.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular (preferably latest versions).
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., Oracle).
• English: B2 minimum (mandatory).
• Availability for a hybrid work model, 2 times a week in the Porto or Lisbon office.
• Requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.

Nice to have
