Salary: $128,842 – $232,200/year (base), with OTE up to $258,000/year.

What you will do
- Grow the Data Lakehouse team's capacity for impact.
- Provide foundational infrastructure and tools for storing, querying, and analyzing data at scale.
- Manage vast amounts of event data across data platforms like Snowflake and ClickHouse.
- Deliver features end-to-end, including front-end experiences.
- Drive architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on backend.
- Experience building automated data pipelines, asynchronous processing, or ETL applications (e.g., Kafka, Airflow, Sidekiq, SQS, RabbitMQ).
- Proven track record as a technical leader driving architectural decisions.
- Strong understanding of design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, experienced in agile.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Professional experience building software at scale, handling high volumes of data and traffic.
- Professional experience with Ruby on Rails, Python, React, Snowflake, microservice architecture, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with modern data warehousing, BI, and analytics.
- Experience with agile processes.
