What you will do

• Collaborate to build next-generation generative AI products and prototypes.
• Rapidly iterate on ideas and experiments for analytics agents to achieve product-market fit.
• Design, build, and optimize scalable, performant agentic systems and user experiences with generative AI.
• Evaluate agentic solution performance and solve challenges with probabilistic software, ensuring data optimization.
• Implement logging, tracing, and engage in light DevOps for system deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• Expertise in shaping experiences with LLMs and AI agents.
• Proficiency in evaluating ML model performance.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other languages.
• Professional experience developing, scaling, and maintaining full-stack, distributed systems at production scale.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, cloud deployments, and event-driven architectures.
• Work onsite in Palo Alto, California or Seattle, Washington.
