Salary: zł129,700–zł205,100 annually

What you will do

• Draft Business Requirements Documents (BRD) through stakeholder communication.
• Support model managers and QA leads with documentation and data analysis.
• Clearly document model functionality, inputs, and outputs.
• Identify and document technical business risks.
• Ensure system consistency with upstream and downstream requirements.
• Maintain and update model documentation across the organization.

Requirements

• Excellent written and communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a mixed business and technical environment.
• Understanding of Sustainability Investments (climate, ESG).
• Some knowledge of Python and coding standards.

Nice to have

• Some experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of quantitative tools and techniques, with the ability to perform simple quantitative/qualitative analysis.
