Lead Business Consultant (Accounting Area)

TL;DR

Lead Business Consultant (Accounting Area): Developing and carrying out implementation plans for hirify.global Dimension Operations Modules with an accent on customized configuration, seamless deployment, and client training. Focus on documenting client requirements, designing overall solution sets, and optimizing usage of financial software within investment accounting, general ledger, or fund administration.

Location: Hybrid role, requiring 2 days in the office in Warsaw, Poland, and 3 days remote within Poland. Occasional international remote work (up to 20 days per year) is available.

What you will do

• Participate in all aspects of hirify.global Dimension implementations, including configuration, testing, documenting, and training.
• Document client requirements and map them to hirify.global Dimension functions, identifying process improvements.
• Design and deliver overall solution sets, modeling operational workflows around hirify.global Dimension.
• Assist clients in developing and executing test strategies, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Provide configuration and end-user training for hirify.global Dimension maintenance and optimization.
• Constantly expand knowledge of hirify.global Dimension and client business to ensure optimal configuration and workflow.

Requirements

• Degree/master's in Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Financial Sector, preferably in FinTech or IT Consulting.
• High-level understanding of IT project lifecycle, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and new solution design.
• Client-facing experience and ability to manage various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and capital market or investments topics.
• Understanding of accounting/fund-accounting day-to-day processing workflows.
• Detailed understanding of at least one topic: investment accounting, general ledger, fund administration, NAV calculation.
• Fluency in English.
