Lead Business Consultant (Accounting Area)

TL;DR

Lead Business Consultant (Fintech): Developing and executing implementation plans for hirify.global Dimension Operations Modules with an accent on customized configuration, testing, and training. Focus on designing overall solutions, mapping client requirements to system functions, and optimizing operational workflows for financial clients.

Location: Hybrid model based in Warsaw, Poland. Occasional remote work across Poland and internationally (up to 24 days domestic, 20 days international per year) is available.

What you will do

• Participate in all aspects of hirify.global Dimension implementations, including configuration, testing, documenting, and training.
• Document client requirements and map them to hirify.global Dimension functions and processes, identifying improvements.
• Design and deliver an overall solution set to meet client requirements, modeling operational workflows.
• Deliver and customize standard configuration solutions, as well as design new configurations.
• Assist the client in developing and executing test strategies and plans, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Provide configuration and end-user training to optimize hirify.global Dimension usage.

Requirements

• Degree/master's in Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Financial Sector, preferably in FinTech or IT Consulting company.
• High-level understanding of IT project lifecycle and requirements gathering sessions.
• Experience with gap analysis and new solution design.
• Client-facing experience and ability to manage various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and capital market or investments topics.
• Detailed understanding of at least one topic: investment accounting, general ledger, fund administration, or NAV calculation.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Any other languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Nordics).
• Minimal knowledge of investments lifecycle topics (trading, settlements, SWIFT, reconciliation).
• Technical IT knowledge and/or experience (e.g., SQL, XML, XSLT, programming).
