Focus on ensuring optimal system configuration and client adoption within the financial sector.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland, requiring 2 days in the office. Occasional remote work across Poland is permitted, with international remote options available for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Participate in all aspects of hirify.global Dimension implementations, including configuration, testing, documenting, and training.
• Document client requirements and map them to hirify.global Dimension functions, identifying process improvements.
• Design and deliver overall solution sets to meet client requirements, modelling operational workflows.
• Deliver and customize standard configuration solutions, and design new configurations.
• Assist clients in developing test strategies and plans, and support execution and issue resolution.
• Provide configuration and end-user training to optimize hirify.global Dimension usage.
• Constantly expand knowledge of hirify.global Dimension and client business to ensure optimal configuration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Financial Sector (FinTech or IT Consulting).
• Client-facing experience and ability to manage various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and products, capital market, and investment topics.
• Detailed understanding of investment lifecycle topics: transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, SWIFT.
• High-level understanding of IT implementation project lifecycle and requirements gathering.
• Fluency in English.
