What you will do

• Manage key partners and their events in the sports industry, ensuring strong relationships and performance growth.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of partner events, coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
• Build strategic relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and proactively address challenges.
• Drive partner performance using data-driven strategies and provide comprehensive reports.
• Gather partner feedback to translate insights into product, marketing, and operational improvements.
• Potentially grow into a team manager role, providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management or management consulting.
• Experience and/or interest in the sports industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented with the ability to handle parallel workstreams.
• Ability to think strategically when facing partnership challenges and leveraging data.
