The Role
Senior lead for a 3-person AE team, reporting to the Data Engineering Manager. You will own the data transformation layer and act as the primary partner for business stakeholders.

Key Requirements
English: B2+ level minimum (working proficiency).

Tech: Expert SQL & dbt; experience with Looker/Sigma and Snowflake/BigQuery.

Experience: Ownership of Medallion Architecture (Gold/Silver layers) and CI/CD workflows.

Leadership: Ability to set engineering standards, mentor others, and define core business metrics.

Core Focus
Build clean, consistent data models and certified dashboards.

Scale the self-service analytics platform.

Bridge the gap between Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product.
