What you will do

• Build and ship front-end features that solve real problems for HR teams and employees.
• Own the quality and consistency of our UI - component patterns, styling guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers to turn ideas into polished, accessible interfaces.
• Review our front-end code and shape how we build across the team.
• Drive technical decisions about tooling, patterns, and architecture as our front-end evolves.
• Ensure security best practices are baked into everything we build.

Requirements

• Deep experience building modern front-end applications with React and TypeScript.
• Care about craft - clean components, consistent patterns, thoughtful abstractions.
• Enjoy collaborating with designers and have opinions about what makes a great user experience.
• Pragmatic: you know when to polish and when to ship.
• Strong ownership mindset, and enjoy delivering projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to both tech and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Have worked on enterprise-scale products (B2B SaaS, HR tech, fintech).
• Have driven work on accessibility standards and how to build inclusive interfaces.
