TL;DR

Frontend Platform Engineer (React): Responsible for defining and evolving the foundations of how hirify.global builds user interfaces, modernizing the frontend stack with React. Focus on setting standards, establishing patterns, mentoring engineers, and shaping hirify.global’s frontend architecture for years to come.

Location: Expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

Collaborate with domain experts on complex projects, reducing risks and ensuring execution quality.
Develop new tools and services that make it fast and easy for other hirify.global engineers to leverage web frameworks.
Participate in all phases of software development, including ideation, prototyping, design, and implementation.
Play an active role in hiring, mentoring, and career development of other engineers.
Raise the bar for technical standards, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience building high-quality web applications.
Deep expertise in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
Strong foundation in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, performance, accessibility).
Strong track record of enabling other engineers or product teams through frameworks, tooling, or architectural decisions.
Proven ability to deliver on ambiguous projects, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
A product mindset: understanding the importance of velocity, usability, and customer impact when making engineering decisions.
