What you will do

• Support the creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Help translate business needs into actionable product and technical requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional collaborators to build a shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
• Prepare sprint materials, clarify requirements during development, and ensure work aligns to acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to updates, summaries, and progress reports for internal and external audiences.
• Foster a learning culture by experimenting with new ways of working and seeking feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst (+4 years).
• Technical knowledge to perform database analysis, understand backend services, and read a payload.
• Advanced oral and written English proficiency (C1+).
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Attention to detail and comfort documenting requirements.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile frameworks and terminology (sprints, backlog refinement).
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or product analytics platforms.
• Fundamentals of UX design, user research, and journey mapping.
• Foundational data concepts that support product measurement and decision-making.
• Basic technical literacy for effective communication with engineers.
