What you will do

• Support the creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Translate business needs into actionable product and technical requirements.
• Partner with cross functional collaborators to build shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
• Clarify requirements during development and ensure work aligns to acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to updates, summaries, and progress reports for internal and external audiences.
• Foster a learning culture by experimenting with new ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst.
• Technical knowledge to perform database analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Being able to understand what services/layers from platforms backend would require for a feature.
• Being able to read a payload.
• Advanced oral and written English proficiency

Nice to have

• Agile frameworks and terminology, such as sprints, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog creation.
• Tools such as Confluence, Miro, Figma, or product analytics platforms.
• Scaled Agile for PI Plannings.
• Fundamentals of UX design, user research, and journey mapping.
