What you will do

• Lead communications initiatives across sync, async, contacts management, device software, and common services for Alexa+.
• Partner with engineering, leadership, product management, and UX to build the best customer experience using innovative AI technologies.
• Serve as the Point of Contact for broader Alexa+ mechanisms including LRs, Deep Dives, and Product Days.
• Manage stakeholders across Alexa and partner teams, including executive-level communications.
• Lead the roadmap prioritization process for next-generation features powered by advanced AI.
• Establish and improve processes for managing complex, cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience building and scaling consumer-facing features and experiences.
• Must have US work authorization.
