Tag Implementation Support Agent

TL;DR

Tag Implementation Support Agent: Responsible for implementing web and analytics products for critical Google clients in Europe and Latin America with an accent on guiding clients through product implementation via phone or email. Focus on troubleshooting existing implementations, providing excellent customer service, and developing technical and communication skills.

Location: Onsite, requiring 5 days a week in the client or hirify.global office in São Paulo, SP

What you will do

• Guide clients to implement web/analytics product tags via phone conferences or email, and communicate internally with the sales team to resolve issues.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues in existing implementations with clients.
• Guide, support, and teach clients to implement Google products until the end of the defined process.
• Follow up with clients regarding their pending implementation cases.
• Manage a daily workload of new cases and update the system with case information.
• Apply assertive and clear communication with clients, colleagues, and leaders.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish/Portuguese is required. English is a plus for career development.
• Intermediate knowledge of front-end programming languages: HTML and JavaScript.
• Good troubleshooting skills in the context of web development.
• Excellent communication, customer support, and relationship management skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptable and flexible.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer and company management.
• Proven experience in web development.
• Knowledge of back-end programming languages.
• Proven experience in some CMS and e-commerce platforms.
