What you will do

• Develop innovative conceptual designs for digital, print, and event collateral.
• Lead design projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Present creative work to internal partners and clients, incorporating feedback to meet needs.
• Provide artistic direction and mentorship to design team members.
• Collaborate with project management and creative colleagues to meet project goals.
• Drive strategic initiatives for AI adoption within the design studio.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as an Art Director with team lead or people management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in creative concepts, art direction, and design across various projects.
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) skills.
• Expertise in Figma for UX/UI design integration; knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
• High fluency in English, including strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience working in the investment banking/finance industry is a bonus.
