Multidisciplinary Designer (Fintech): Responsible for bringing the hirify.global brand to life across various formats including video, social, digital, print, and events, with an accent on motion design and brand consistency. Focus on developing creative concepts, managing multiple briefs, and ensuring impactful design work that aligns with Allica’s brand identity.

Location: Hybrid (London Office, Manchester Office, Milton Keynes Office). Must be based in the UK

What you will do

• Design across a broad mix of formats: digital, social, OOH, video, print, presentations, events, sponsorship activations, and merchandise.
• Bring concepts to life through thoughtful motion design where appropriate.
• Create high-quality design assets in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop and execute creative concepts alongside the Marketing team.
• Work within and evolve Allica’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing managers, and external suppliers.

Requirements

• A solid motion design capability.
• Strong foundational design skills across digital and print.
• High proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A versatile portfolio that shows creativity, craft, and range.
• Experience working within brand guidelines.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
