What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team building the DevLink platform, spanning Code Sync and Code Component, to enable seamless design‑to‑code workflows.
- Oversee the development, reliability, and lifecycle of DevLink and related developer workflows (CLI, APIs/SDKs, Git integrations).
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Ensure the team’s work aligns with hirify.global’s overall strategic goals and objectives.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
- 5+ years of strong experience in software development, with a focus on web development technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
