Salary: $175,800 - $223,700 (USD, Zone A), $164,500 - $209,600 (USD, Zone B), $154,200 - $196,500 (USD, Zone C), $199,300 - $253,800 (CAD), $109,000 - $148,200 (EUR), $97,700 - $134,300 (GBP)

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team building the DevLink platform, spanning Code Sync and Code Component, to enable seamless design‑to‑code workflows.
  • Oversee the development, reliability, and lifecycle of DevLink and related developer workflows (CLI, APIs/SDKs, Git integrations).
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in software development.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Ensure the team’s work aligns with hirify.global’s overall strategic goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of strong experience in software development, with a focus on web development technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
