What you will do

• Ensure stable platform operations and service delivery for clients.
• Analyze customer requirements and resolve incidents/issues in the productive environment.
• Monitor applications to ensure availability.
• Coordinate with service desk and other delivery units (L3, project delivery, client management) to resolve incidents and problems.
• Support the development team by translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Manage end-user expectations and onboard new bank services.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a similar role.
• ITIL Incident, Problem and Change process knowledge.
• Full professional fluency in English (C1).
• Technical degree in IT or business-related area.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global Core & Front Platform with certification.
• SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle DB.
• German language skills.
• Knowledge of payments, trading, or regulatory reporting.
