What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery within the GIS portfolio, ensuring alignment with PMO Governance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and GIS teams, defining project scope, goals, and comprehensive plans.
• Lead and facilitate project ceremonies using Agile (Scrum Master) or Waterfall methodologies.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and effectively communicate challenges and expectations to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and managing change requests.
• Collaborate with the Global Information Security Team to develop and implement the cybersecurity strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Project Management, or Engineering.
• PMP Certification or other formal project management training is required.
• 5+ years of program and project management experience, with at least 2 years guiding other project managers.
• Strong experience leading projects within a cybersecurity portfolio and knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must be located in Las Vegas, NV, US, with work authorization for full-time employment without sponsorship.
