What you will do

• Act as the technical customer advocate within hirify.global, aiding customers and working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams.
• Ensure maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design, and efficient adoption roadmaps for customers.
• Explain complex technical concepts in easy-to-understand terms.
• Identify customer challenges and pain points to create scalable solutions.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of Internet performance and security technologies.

Requirements

• 3-to-10 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Experience with Oracle, AWS, MS, or leading cybersecurity solutions.
• Understanding of how the internet works, including TCP & UDP, DNS, firewalls, TLS (SSL), and HTTP.
• Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands.
• Understanding of how customers make buying decisions and how to explain ROI.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a pre-sales SE or consulting role.
• Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).
• Exposure to emerging technical landscape trends in Security such as Zero Trust.
