Ux Designer

TL;DR

UX Designer: Responsible for building the hirify.global Console based on user-centered best practices with an accent on customer-centric design and delivering high-quality UX. Focus on producing sketches, workflow diagrams and hi-fidelity prototypes using Figma and FigJam, and contributing to user research efforts and usability studies.

Location: Remote in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands or Estonia

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of the public cloud, the business, users, and their needs.
• Produce sketches, workflow diagrams, and hi-fidelity prototypes using Figma and FigJam.
• Contribute to user research efforts and conduct regular usability studies and customer interviews.
• Contribute towards the hirify.global design system.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.

Requirements

• BA or BS in UX Design or relevant professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the design industry.
• Experience solving complex product problems.
• Experience working in the public cloud and a solid understanding of cloud data and analytics.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and experience interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders.
