What you will do

• Design and implement complex, scalable features for a large-scale web application.
• Write clean, secure, well-tested, and documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable, performant solutions across the full stack.
• Coach engineers on quality standards and participate in code reviews.
• Write automated tests to ensure application reliability and scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience using Python, Django, JavaScript/Angular/Vue, HTML/CSS.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns (SOLID) and system architecture (high-availability, service-based).
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with large-scale production codebases and Agile principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage work, timelines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
