Salary: $60,000 to $67,000 annually

What you will do

• Assist leaders with planning, tracking, and coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Maintain project records, status updates, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
• Act as liaison for tech requests, support troubleshooting, system implementations, and user adoption.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data, identify trends or gaps, and support data quality initiatives.
• Help develop templates, standards, and internal communications, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, IT support, or a related role
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with CRM, portfolio management, or financial systems
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Planner, or similar)
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, reporting, or dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
