Freedom24 is an investment platform of the international financial group Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC), providing clients worldwide with access to over 1 million financial instruments. We are actively expanding across Europe and growing our team in Cyprus.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Personal Support Manager to work with prospective and existing clients across Europe, promote Freedom24’s investment products, and build long-term client relationships.
🔍 What you’ll do:
✨ Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote investment products and services
✨ Provide personalized client support on trading, account management, and platform usage
✨ Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through a consultative, relationship-based approach
✨ Stay up to date on financial markets, regulatory changes, and company products
📌 What we expect:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in the financial industry (investment firms or brokerage companies) in a Sales / Relationship Manager role
✔️ Strong understanding of stock markets, trading instruments, and investment principles
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written & spoken)
✔️ Strong client-focused mindset and problem-solving skills
✔️ Established professional network in Europe (conferences, business clubs, industry events)
➕ Relevant certifications (CySEC, CFA, or similar) are a plus
