What you will do
- Manage and schedule content across key social media platforms.
- Assist with the setup, monitoring, and basic optimization of Facebook and Google ad campaigns.
- Monitor budgets and track basic campaign performance metrics.
- Support CRM-driven marketing activities, including email campaign setup and lead nurturing workflows.
- Coordinate with external designers, content creators, and marketing agencies as required.
- Provide general digital marketing support to the team as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a social media or digital marketing support role.
- Practical, hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads).
- Basic CRM experience (platform agnostic) for managing leads and supporting email campaigns.
- Comfortable working with budgets and reporting on performance at a basic level.
- Highly organised, reliable, and execution-focused with a keen attention to detail.
