What you will do

• Manage and schedule content across key social media platforms.
• Assist with the setup, monitoring, and basic optimization of Facebook and Google ad campaigns.
• Monitor budgets and track basic campaign performance metrics.
• Support CRM-driven marketing activities, including email campaign setup and lead nurturing workflows.
• Coordinate with external designers, content creators, and marketing agencies as required.
• Provide general digital marketing support to the team as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a social media or digital marketing support role.
• Practical, hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads).
• Basic CRM experience (platform agnostic) for managing leads and supporting email campaigns.
• Comfortable working with budgets and reporting on performance at a basic level.
• Highly organised, reliable, and execution-focused with a keen attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
