What you will do
- Monitor cultural trends and social conversations within your category.
- Manage brands' owned channels, including content posting and community moderation.
- Conduct qualitative analysis of social media conversations and track community metrics.
- Champion user-generated content and collaborate with the Content & Social Lead.
- Manage brand reputation within online communities, addressing customer inquiries.
- Inform content and campaign strategies based on cultural and community insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience directly managing online communities for brands.
- Proficiency in social listening tools, with experience using Sprinklr or Meltwater preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to create engaging written content for social media.
- Experience interacting with customers and resolving issues professionally.
- Understanding of cultural nuances within the CPG category.
