🔹What you'll bring
-5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or related fields.
-Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes, teams, or service offerings from 0 to 1.
-Deep understanding of venture-backed and private equity-backed companies and their unique operational and service needs.
-People management experience or demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
-Experience working with or within high-growth startups.
-Technical fluency and comfort partnering with Engineering teams (prior experience defining product requirements is a plus).
-Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities evolve.
-Data-driven approach to decision-making, using metrics to drive prioritization and improvement.
