What you will do

• Source and evaluate potential acquisitions and investments through market intelligence and industry relationships.
• Lead due diligence, valuation, and integration planning for deal execution.
• Build relationships with established and emerging companies in cybersecurity and AI to deliver value to customers.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to evaluate partnership opportunities and scope requirements.
• Build forecasts and scenario planning analyses to evaluate the opportunity size and ROI for partnership deals.
• Drive operational excellence within the team, establishing strong processes for effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements

• Experience in M&A with a clear understanding of the process and running critical projects with executive-level stakeholders.
• Product-minded approach with a thorough understanding of hirify.global’s product vision and trends in the identity and security ecosystem.
• Financial acumen and the ability to build financial analyses to evaluate key investment and partnership decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior executives.
