What you will do

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB using top-down and horizontal discovery.
• Monitor discovery status and logs; troubleshoot and resolve discovery issues.
• Develop and optimise discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and classification rules.
• Oversee mid-server topology and discovery IP ranges.
• Administer cloud resource discovery and configure discovery workspaces.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CMDB management and discovery processes.
• Knowledge of SNMP classifications and system OIDs.
• Skilled in creating and running discovery schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Valid PL/EU work permit
