What you will do
- Coach and develop a team of solutions engineers for the Enterprise sales segment.
- Provide presales support for enterprise opportunities as needed.
- Help establish best practices around the technical sales engagement.
- Maintain a current understanding of hirify.global's target market technical requirements and trends.
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop sales motion playbooks.
- Partner with Professional Services, Product and Customer Success leadership to drive improved cross-departmental collaboration and key strategic projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Science in a technical field strongly preferred.
- 6+ years in a customer facing role with technology, ideally in presales.
- 1+ years in a management or leadership role with direct reports is preferred.
- Ability to effectively coach and train new team members in presales skills.
- Deep understanding of CWM, PPM, and peripheral domains.
- Demonstrated ability in business process mapping and diagramming.
