What you will do

• Lead and manage a team with ongoing individual contributor/technical lead responsibilities.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable AI-driven solutions for enterprise business operations.
• Build full-stack solutions with end-to-end product execution from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with customers to clarify requirements and drive projects to completion.
• Incorporate cutting-edge AI advancements into reliable user-centric products.

Requirements

• 4 to 12 years of software engineering experience, including 1+ year of people management.
• Expert knowledge of Rust or C++.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable and horizontally scalable distributed systems.
• Proven experience in AI or machine learning product implementation with APIs, back-end, and front-end interfaces.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Great verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pulumi or Terraform.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals (model evaluation, training, fine-tuning).
• Experience building evals for new capabilities and evaluating systems.
• Power user of Grok.
