What you will do
- Design and execute long-term creative strategies focused on profit and scalable performance.
- Identify growth opportunities and high-potential formats across Meta, TikTok, and other paid acquisition platforms.
- Build high-volume ideation systems and generate innovative creative ideas aligned with business goals.
- Supervise, guide, and review creative output across various formats, ensuring policy compliance.
- Own key creative KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and profit per creative, continuously improving performance.
- Lead and grow a team of creative producers, fostering ownership and experimentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a creative leadership or production role within a performance marketing environment.
- Strong background in ideating creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other performance platforms.
- Proven success in developing concepts that directly impacted user acquisition and ROI.
- Experience with UGC-style content, motion graphics, and performance-first storytelling.
- Analytical mindset and ability to extract creative insights from raw performance data.
- Advanced English required.
