What you will do

• Define and deliver programs with broad cross-organizational impact.
• Drive architecture and organization changes for efficiency improvements.
• Manage complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Apply deep technical knowledge to improve technologies at massive scale.
• Partner with all levels of leadership, manage escalations, and represent complex decisions.
• Mentor team members and participate in talent reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience.
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
