What you will do

• Define and deliver programs with broad cross-organizational impact across hirify.global Photos services.
• Drive architecture and organization changes to enable teams to work independently and achieve efficiency improvements.
• Manage complex cross-functional technology initiatives, remediating critical problems.
• Apply technical knowledge to improve technologies at scale (content processing, ML model serving, foundational services).
• Partner with leadership, manage escalations, and represent complex decisions clearly.
• Identify gaps and opportunities across architectures and organizations, aligning teams toward coherent approaches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
